Country Christmas Holiday Lights Dec. 1-31
The Country Christmas holiday lights display is one event you won’t want to miss this holiday season. Located on the grounds of the Country Springs Hotel, The Country Christmas is Wisconsin’s largest outdoor drive-through holiday lights exhibition.
Old World Christmas Dec. 2-3 & 9-10
Experience what it was like in the 1880s during Christmas at Old World Wisconsin. Stroll through the 1880s Crossroads Village decked in holiday greenery, see homes and shops preparing for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day festivities in the late 19th century. Enjoy free horse-drawn carriage rides around the village from 12-3pm and live, traditional Holiday carols.
Waukesha Silver Bells Dec. 1-31
Downtown Waukesha is full of festive holiday activities throughout the month of December with Waukesha Silver Bells. Highlights of special events to check out include:
- On Dec. 2 the Waukesha Angel Art Crawl will be held from 4-10pm. Walk the downtown streets to discover your next artistic treasure. The Art Crawl features 175 artisans and special offers from local businesses. Be sure to stay to shop the boutiques, listen to live music and indulge in food and drink
- Horse Drawn Carriage Rides on Fridays and Saturdays, Dec. 1-23 and Dec. 29-30
- Bring your camera for pictures with Santa, take free photos with Santa on Saturdays 1-3pm (thru Dec. 23) at Fruits of Spirits Candles
- Take the kids to Santa’s Breakfast Workshop on Saturdays from 8-10am at Martha Merrell’s Books & Café (thru Dec. 23). Cost is: $18 per person. Reservations required, please call 262-547-1060

The House Without A Christmas Tree – weekends Dec. 1-17
A world premier holiday show about fifth-grader Addie who has never had a Christmas tree. It’s a closed subject- but this year, Addie decides to change things with the help of her classmates and teacher, Addie tries to teach her contrary father a thing or two about the Christmas spirit.
Joel Kopishcke’s I Got Yule, Babe Dec 5 & 7 – Local favorite Joel Kopischke offers a hilarious holiday show with holiday hits like you’ve never heard them before. For ages 13 and up.
It’s a Wonderful Life Pix Flix Movie Dec. 18 – See this holiday classic for just $5 on the big screen at Waukesha Civic Theatre
Four Guys in Dinner Jackets Dec. 29-31 – Hear classic Americana music that spans the genres of doo-wop and rock ‘n’ roll with Wisconsin’s premier Doo-Wop Group, the Four Guys in Dinner Jackets.
