Come and enjoy a beer in a building that was once a brewery in the 1860s! Whether you’re here for a North Pillar Brewing activity, ready to relax in the lounge area or take in your favorite team’s game, North Pillar Brewing is a relaxed space to experience beer brewed onsite. Explore these new brews this fall:
- Oktoberfest – Märzen Style Lager (5.4%). The malty sweetness from all German, Munich, and Vienna malts and a crisp, dry finish from Noble German hops all lagered extensively and meticulously.
- Barley Flower – Pilsner (4.8%). This German-inspired Pils pours the perfect pint of exactly what you’re looking for. Simplicity is at the forefront of this beer, with German Pilsner Malt and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops taking center stage. It’s interesting to note that they added one of their favorite Swiss lager yeasts and let it rest for nearly two months!
