What’s New in Waukesha Pewaukee?

Over the last six months some new and exciting changes have occurred in Waukesha Pewaukee. Read on to learn more about these fun additions including new businesses.


Chef Pam’s Kitchen

Chef Pam Dennis loves to share her passion of cooking with others. A former Navy nurse and captain that lived overseas, Pam learned cooking from some of the best. Chef Pam’s Kitchen opened in Dec. 2018 and hosts fun cooking classes for all ages. Pam’s is located at 290 W. Main St., right next to Meli Bar in Downtown Waukesha. Here are a few of the classes offered at Chef Pam’s.

  • Private events and birthday parties
  • Lasagna and pasta making
  • Vegetarian cooking
  • Fish fry
  • Plus, many more.


Historic Courthouse 1893

After 120 years, the Historic Courthouse located in the same building as the Waukesha County Historical Society and Museum has been transformed into a beautiful venue for events with the new venue called Historic Courthouse 1893.

The venue features a ballroom, bar, kitchen and a smaller breakout area perfect for large birthday parties or weddings. The dinner seating capacity of the ballroom is 300 guests and requires a minimum for food and beverages.


The Ingleside Hotel

In October 2018, The Ingleside Hotel became a new Lake Country gathering place in our area. Formerly the Country Springs Hotel, The Ingleside Hotel includes Springs Waterpark (a 45,000 sq. ft indoor water park), 194 completely remodeled guest rooms and suites that were designed to make guests feel at home throughout their stay. All guest rooms and suites feature beautifully appointed glass and tile bathrooms, a flat screen television, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The property boosts over 40,000 square feet of newly renovated, state of the art meeting and banquet space. In addition to the fresh neutral décor, upgrades were made to wireless internet and audio visual equipment. The new Didi’s Supper Club within The Ingleside Hotel offers a full menu of supper club favorites, serving breakfast and dinner.


Polished Patina

Polished Patina is a new boutique in Downtown Waukesha offering handcrafted jewelry, home décor, clothing, natural lotions and also classes, like the popular chunky blanket making class. They are open daily from 11am-4pm, at 116 W. Broadway (close to Wisconsin and East Avenue).


Raised Grain New Location

Raised Grain has moved into its new taproom located at 1725 Dolphin Dr., Ste B in Waukesha. The new taproom is much bigger than the first Raised Grain location and includes a larger bar area, a full menu, plus space available for private events: The Raised Grain Beer hall, perfect for 40-75 guests and The Brewer’s Lounge private dining area for 20-30 guests. Also enjoy brewery tours on Saturdays between 3-4:15pm.

Taproom hours: Tues. – Thurs. 4-10pm, Fri. 3-11pm, Sat. 12pm-11pm, and Sun. 11:30am-7pm

Kitchen hours: Tues. – Thurs. 4-9pm, Fri. 3-9pm, Sat. 12-9pm and Sun. 11:30-6pm

Ryloo-Boutique Pewaukee

Ryloo Boutique

Ryloo Boutique opened a new location at Pewaukee at 119 Oakton Ave. Ryloo is a women and girls clothing and accessories boutique. Sizes range from small to large, with additional extended sizes when they become available.

Ryloo is open Sunday: 11am-4pm; Monday-Wednesday: 10am-5pm; Thursday-Friday: 10am-6pm; Saturday: 10am-5pm


Sabr Lasertag is Now Battle House Laser Combat

Sabr Lasertag became Battle House Laser Combat in December. The new Battle House Laser Combat is also an indoor tactical arena designed to create an urban combat laser tag environment with mission scenarios. Located right near Point Burger Bar, Battle House Laser Combat is open Fri. – Sun. or for private events.


Secondhand Chic by Sarah Rose

In December Secondhand Chic by Sarah Rose opened at 328 W. Sunset Dr. in Waukesha (right across from Sunset Bowl). The store offers resale and consignment clothing, jewelry, prom dresses and accessories. See featured outfits and items for sale here.


Seaboard Bar & Grill

In January, Ristorante Lago hired a new chef and changed the format of the restaurant. The new restaurant is Seaboard Bar & Grill, located at N26 W30227 Maple Ave. in Pewaukee. Specializing in seafood, the menu at Seaboard includes lobster rolls, Ahi tuna tacos and a variety of seafood entrees. Seaboard is open Tues. -Sun. from 3-10pm.


Silvernail Inn

The Silvernail Inn, a contemporary supper club, opened in December in Pewaukee. Located off of I-94 and Hwy T across from the Best Western Hotel, the Silvernail Inn’s menu includes steaks, quality meats, Saturday night Prime rib and an extensive menu of salads, soups, burgers, Friday fish fry, special kids menu and ice cream drinks.


Super 8 is Now a Comfort Inn

The Waukesha Super 8 located at 2510 Plaza Ct. has become a Comfort Inn. More information including new photos of the property will be shared soon.
