Here are Tofte’s newest menu items for you to crave:
- Lobster Roll. The lobster salad is made with lemon, parsley, chives, and mayonnaise on a toasted roll with pickled red onion and gaufrette potatoes.
- Blackened Gulf Shrimp. Shrimp in pappardelle pasta with zucchini, collards, red peppers, broccoli, beurre blanc, tomato and saffron coulis, and fried leeks.
- Sea Scallops. Scallops served with smoked tomato risotto, grilled asparagus, beurre blanc, micro greens, pickled onion, and a lemon herb vinaigrette.
- Tomato and Burrata. Charred Roma tomatoes, red onion jam, basil olive oil, and balsamic glaze, presented with grilled ciabatta bread.
- Wisconsin Kielbasa. Served with roasted marble potatoes with shallots and chorizo, bell pepper salad, chimichurri, and pickled red cabbage.
- Crabby Fries. Crab meat with Dijon aioli, queso fresco, herbs, and old bay seasoning.
